1. The Service
Secret Admin Hub is a private administration platform for managing approved websites, blogs, pages, publishing workflows, messages, SEO information, and connected search-performance data. Features may change as the Service develops.
2. Authorized use
You may use the Service only when you have been expressly authorized and only for websites, content, accounts, and data you are permitted to manage. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and third-party service terms.
3. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, using a secure device, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain data outside your assigned permissions.
4. Content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the Service. You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to use that content and that it does not violate applicable law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or contractual obligations.
5. Google Search Console
Google Search Console connectivity is optional. If you connect a Google account, you authorize Secret Admin Hub to retrieve read-only data for properties available to that account and display it within the Service. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. You may disconnect the integration or revoke access through Google at any time.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the Service’s security or availability;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access;
- publish content without proper authorization; or
- use information obtained through the Service for surveillance, spam, discrimination, or unauthorized advertising.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Users should maintain appropriate backups of important content.
8. Third-party services
The Service may interact with Google and other third-party platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent availability, policies, security, or actions.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific search-ranking or business results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secret Admin Hub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when needed to protect the Service, users, connected websites, or third-party platforms; address violations of these terms; or comply with law. You may stop using the Service and disconnect optional integrations at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
