1. Who we are
Secret Admin Hub (“we,” “us,” or the “Service”) is a private website administration platform operated by Eleonora Ginnis. It helps authorized users manage websites, blogs, pages, publishing workflows, and search-performance information.
2. Information we collect
Account and security information
We process account identifiers, display names, password hashes, session information, login history, IP addresses, and browser or device information needed to authenticate users, protect accounts, and investigate misuse. We do not store readable account passwords.
Website administration content
We process information an authorized user creates or manages through the Service, such as website records, blog content, page content, SEO fields, schedules, media references, messages, and audit history.
Google Search Console information
When you choose to connect Google Search Console, the Service requests read-only access using the webmasters.readonly permission. Depending on the properties available to your Google account, we may access:
- the Search Console properties and sites you are authorized to view;
- search queries that led users to those properties;
- clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average search position; and
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection.
The Service does not use this permission to change your Search Console settings or modify Google data.
3. How we use information
- Provide the website-management and publishing features you request.
- Display keyword and search-performance reports for your authorized properties.
- Maintain authentication, account security, audit records, and service reliability.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Google API data and Limited Use
Secret Admin Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Search Console features within Secret Admin Hub. We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to data brokers or advertising platforms, use it for personalized advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness.
5. Storage and security
Connections use encrypted HTTPS. Google OAuth credentials and tokens are restricted to the Service and protected at rest using encryption and access controls. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by hosting or infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the Service, or disclosed when required by law, to address security incidents, or to protect legal rights. Authorized users of the same managed environment may see data according to their assigned roles.
7. Retention and deletion
Website-management records are retained while needed to operate the Service or meet legitimate security and legal needs. Google OAuth tokens are retained while the connection remains active. Using the Disconnect control in Keyword Analytics deletes the stored Google connection token from Secret Admin Hub. You may also revoke access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.
To request deletion of an account or associated data, contact us using the address below. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
8. Cookies
Secret Admin Hub uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep authorized users signed in and protect account access. We do not use the Service’s authentication cookies for third-party advertising.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business and administrative use and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Your choices
You may decline Google authorization, disconnect Google Search Console from within the Service, revoke the connection through Google, or request access to or deletion of information associated with your account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes affecting Google user data will be disclosed before that data is used for a new purpose, and renewed consent will be requested where required.
